PLC/Modbus Gateway BL102 is an industrial IoT gateway that converts various PLC Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP into Modbus TCP, OPC UA, MQTT, Huawei Cloud IoT, AWS, Aliyun, ThingsBoard, KPIIOT Cloud and other protocols.

PLC/Modbus Gateway BL102 downstream supports: Siemens, Mitsubishi, OMRON, Allen-Bradley, Schneider PLCs, upstream supports: Modbus TCP, MQTT, Sparkplug B, OPC UA, Huawei Cloud IoT, AWS, Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA, Aliyun, ThingsBoard, KPIIOT Cloud and other protocols.

PLC/Modbus Gateway BL102 adopts embedded Linux system, supports TSL, SSL encryption, provides 1 RS232/RS485 optional serial input, 1 power output, 2 Ethernet ports and 2 USB ports, and supports SIM card and SD card. The built-in 4G network or Ethernet access to the Internet has the characteristics of fast speed and low latency. It supports OpenVPN for secure data transmission.

PLC/ Modbus Gateway BL102 supports routing function and cascaded switch data collection, which is convenient to collect more industrial equipment data. It has complete software functions and covers most of the conventional application scenarios. Users only need to go through simple settings.

Uplink: Support Modbus TCP, MQTT, OPC UA, HUAWEI Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, King Pigeon Cloud
Baud rate 2400bps-115200bps, stop bit supports 1, 2 bits, data bit supports 7, 8 bits. Parity supports None, Odd, Even.
Support POE PD( Powered Device) for saving wiring cost (Optional function)
Support TSL\SSL encryption for data security
Support router function to provide network for other devices
Support 4G network with APN setting. Ethernet network will be used first if it’s available. If Ethernet is disconnected, it will shift to 4G cellular network automatically.
Support Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP, transparent transmission
Support returning to factory setting (Long pressing RESET until RUN indicator is off)  to avoid parameter setting error
Support hardware and software watchdog for high reliability
